You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we are not the initial seller so you must contact and/or consult the main sellers terms for returns individually.
Large Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
To return a heavy or bulky item that had been delivered with a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will help you throughout the returns process and may require that you contact our specialized consumer support team, which could schedule the pickup of your item.
Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. To make sure that your return and refund are processed correctly.
Whenever you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address along with your shipping label within 1-5 working days. Ensure you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that in the returned package. In the event the original packaging is still available, return an item in this particular packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request
After a UPS pickup has been requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until after the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
